Do students have to agree to be linked?

Yes, for accounts they already have. They get a request by email and the link is only made when they approve it. Accounts a parent creates for a young child are linked straight away.

Do I need WooCommerce?

Only to sell licences. Parents can still add students, follow progress and enrol them in free courses without it, and you can give licences by hand.

What happens if an order is refunded?

Licences that haven't been given to a student are removed automatically. Courses already given stay with the student.

Can I call parents something else?

Yes. Rename Parent and Student to Guardian, Tutor, Sponsor, Learner, Pupil or anything you like.

Can a parent see another family's children?

No. Every page and action checks that the student is linked to that parent.

How do I install it?

Download the zip after payment, then go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in WordPress. We will help if you get stuck.

What does the licence include?

A licence key for your website with updates and support for the licence period.
